Hi! I might get beaten for this, but I've seen Twilight twice now, and I thought that it was pretty good. Maybe it didn't stick exactly to the book, but none of the changes made me mad.
I'm also really excited about a couple of movies coming out here pretty soon. Inkheart and Coraline. Inkheart is by a German author, and she wrote the part of the father with Brendan Frasier in mind. Coraline was a pretty creepy book by Neil Gaiman, the same guy that wrote Stardust. It will probably scare some little children. Button eyes anyone?

Twilight!
Wow! I have not posted in a long time. Now that I've finally had some time off from work, I went and saw Twilight with my best friend and my boyfriend(how cool is that?) I thought that the movie was quite good. It really made me want to watch more. At least I get to go see it again!

MacBeth
Something wicked this way comes. I really liked Macbeth on Friday. I thought that it was very well done. The acting was pretty good, and I like the fact that they used very little props and the blood wasn't used a lot either. That made is stand out more when it was used. My only complaint was that I didn't also get to see the Sherlock Holmes play.

My Ending Of Frankenstein. From Robert Walton's Point of View.
September 12,
My beloved sister, even now I lay on my death bed. I tried to help my dear friend Frankenstein, but I fear that it was all in vain. My only hope now is that the creature will not find you, and that this letter will not cause you too much pain.
I had entered the cabin where my friend Frankenstein lay, now peaceful in death, when I beheld the most hideous creature I had ever seen standing over him. I will not include his description, my dear sister, because I believe that it would frighten you so.
Once the creature was aware of my presence, he sprung at me and shouted, "Ah yes, another worthless specimen of mankind. Will you not scream and shrink from my presence also?"
Margaret, I was so shaken, but determined to get to the bottom of this story, that I shut my eyes and addressed the creature. "I will not scream or shake. I wish to talk to you. My friend Frankenstein-"
"Oh your friend! How easily you humans throw this word into your conversations!" roared the creature. "Disloyal, abhorred creator, even you were lucky enough to have friends, no matter how hard I tried to remove them from you life. You are lucky that he is dead," the creature muttered to me, "I had come back to fight with him, and end his miserable life, because I realized that this is the one thing that would truly make me happy. Only with the destruction of my creator, could my life have a little purpose."
His words boiled my blood, and made my fear turn to outrage. How dare he defile this poor man? My one and only true companion? Not only did he feel no remorse for his wicked deeds, but the beast had still satiated for blood.
"Horrible, vile creature, you talk of death too comfortable. Will you ever end you wicked deeds? Your creator is gone, as you should be!" Heaven help me sister, I was filled to the brink with so much hatred and rage, that with a roar I charged at the creature, trying to avenge my beloved friend.
The inhuman creature merely cackled with devilish joy, and picked me up and flung me into the wall of the cabin. He then proceeded to pummel me, everywhere that he could reach, breaking bones and creating monstrous bruises. Why he did not finigh me off then, I do not know. With a cry he jumped to the window and screamed, "This is just the beginning my dear man, of the devastation that all mankind will feel by my hand. I pity you."
With that, I was left on the floor, alone, until some members of my crew found me, and one of them was kind enough to compose this letter for me.
I feel that I am leaving this world right now, my dear sister, so I must tell you that I love you, and to please have and enjoyable life. I am also sending you the tale that Frankenstein told me, so that his life will not have ended in vain. Above all else, watch out for the creature, for if you ever see him, you must flee immediately. Otherwise death and sorrow will follow you forever.

Trailer!
I'm so excited about this movie! I'm hoping that my adding this trailer will convince some of you to see this movie, because it's going to be amazing. Maybe if you guys go and watch this movie, you'll be more interested in the last movie(s), and you'll go see those. Then, just possibly, a revolutionary process will take place. You'll read the books! I know that it sounds crazy, but it works.
Sorry, I know that I'm being sarcastic, but if I can raise the interest level for Harry Potter, I'll be happy. Plus this trailer is truly scary. Little Tom Riddle is creepy, and the scene with Ron made me gasp. Happy viewing!

Hey everybody! Not much going on today. Brisingr has been out for about a week now, and I still don't have it. Shame on me.
Here's a random tidbit for you. If you really don't like spoilers about the books you read, be careful what you listen to. I was listening to my X-Files podcast this morning, and the person on there totally ruined the ending of Frankenstien for me, which I'm reading right now. :( Oh well. Happy reading!
